Police say a robbery suspect stole a cellphone out of a child’s hand earlier this month.
The suspect approached a 7-year-old girl sitting on a bus bench with her mother in the 2300 block of White Lane on March 13, police said. The suspect grabbed the girl by the arm and stole a cellphone she was holding.
