PALMDALE — Janette Chhuon-Chan shot a 3-over-par 75, Brandi Borjon shot a 79 and Ireland Barton shot 90 as Bakersfield College had its best women’s golf tournament of the season at the Western State Conference mini-meet Wednesday.
