Maria Collatz has coached the Stockdale volleyball team to five 20-plus win seasons since 2005, so when the Mustangs went 13-21 and notched just one win in Southwest Yosemite League play last year, it was not the norm.
If this season is any indication, the losing ways are a thing of the past. Stockdale improved to 3-0 after beating East 25-5, 25-6, 25-17 on Wednesday in the final match before the prestigious Clovis Varsity Invitational this weekend.
