Cause, manner of Bolthouse Farms death pending toxicology tests

A 25-year-old man who died Aug. 17 in an industrial accident at a Bolthouse Farms facility in Bakersfield was “crushed by machinery while working,” the Kern County Coroner’s Office said in a report on Monday.

But the cause and manner of death of Bolthouse employee Silvio Jose Beltran Campuzano are pending the result of toxicology tests, the Coroner’s Office said.
